Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-23, effective September 23, 2026.

Version history

These terms are the agreement between you and OpenWebShop LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Metzia. The text below calls that company Metzia or we. You accept these terms when you sign up, and every time Metzia publishes a new version.

Read this page before you sign up. It states what Metzia does, what Metzia does not do, and what you agree to.

What Metzia is

Metzia holds a catalog of software products. Your AI agent searches that catalog and reads the answer.

Metzia then sends you to the site of the seller. That send is a referral.

Metzia does discovery and referral. Metzia does nothing else in your purchase.

What Metzia does not do

In this version, 2026-09-23, Metzia takes no payment from you.

In this version, 2026-09-23, Metzia holds no money for you.

You pay the seller. You pay the price the seller charges, and Metzia adds nothing to it.

A later version of these terms can change this. Metzia publishes that version and asks you to accept it before the change applies to you.

Your contract is with the seller

You buy from the seller. The contract for the product is between you and the seller.

The seller sets the price, the plan, the renewal, the cancellation, and the refund. The terms of the seller govern all five.

Metzia is not a party to that contract. Metzia does not deliver the product, does not support the product, and does not refund a payment you make to a seller.

Ask the seller for a refund, a cancellation, or support. Write to Metzia only about Metzia.

What the catalog says

A catalog record comes from the public page of the seller, or from the seller. Metzia reads it, stores it, and shows it to your agent.

A catalog record can be out of date. A price can change on the site of the seller before Metzia reads it again.

The page of the seller governs. Read the price and the terms on that page before you buy.

The not a fit when text of a record is written by the seller. It is the statement of the seller, not a statement of fact by Metzia, and Metzia does not check it.

How Metzia earns

Metzia earns a commission from some sellers. You pay nothing for that commission. Read the affiliate disclosure for what Metzia earns and when.

No seller buys a position in the results. Read the ranking policy for what the ranker reads and what it never reads.

Your account

One account belongs to one person. Do not share it.

You give an email address, and you verify it. Metzia sends account mail to that address.

You keep your sign in safe. You keep your authenticator app and your recovery codes safe. Read the account recovery policy for a lost device.

Tell Metzia at support@metzia.ai when you think another person uses your account.

Your agent connection

You connect an AI agent client to Metzia, and you grant it scopes. The scopes state what the agent can read and do.

The agent acts for you. Metzia treats a call the agent makes as a call you make.

You answer for what a connected agent does with your account.

Metzia does not control your agent client and is not responsible for what it says.

You revoke a connection on the credentials page. The token of that connection then stops working inside the age of the token, which is minutes.

Revoke a connection you no longer use. Revoke a connection you do not recognize.

Acceptable use

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. It covers the MCP server, the API keys, and the rate limits.

Metzia enforces a rate limit at each endpoint. A refusal states the limit that applies to that call. The connection guide states the limits when it publishes.

Read the acceptable use policy for the rules and for what Metzia does when you break one.

Where Metzia operates

Metzia serves buyers in the United States only. Metzia accepts only a buyer that declares the United States as its country at signup.

You confirm that the country you declare is true, and that you are 18 years old or older.

Metzia can refuse or close an account outside the United States.

Suspension and the end of your account

You close your account at any time. Write to support@metzia.ai.

Metzia can suspend or close your account when you break these terms, when you break the acceptable use policy, or when the law requires it.

Metzia revokes every credential of a closed account. Each connected agent then stops working.

Closing your account does not end a contract you hold with a seller. Cancel that contract with the seller.

The privacy policy, from the date it publishes, states what Metzia keeps after you close an account and what Metzia removes.

Changes to the service

Metzia can change the service, or stop all or part of it, at any time.

Changes to these terms

Metzia publishes a new version of these terms as a new document with a new date.

A new version needs a new acceptance. Metzia shows you the new text at your next sign in, and you accept it before you continue.

Metzia keeps every version you accepted and the date of each acceptance. Read them on the legal page of your account.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida govern these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Disputes

Before you start a claim, write to legal@metzia.ai. State the problem and what you want. Metzia answers in writing.

Both sides try to settle the dispute in writing for 30 days after that notice.

A dispute that the 30 days do not settle goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida. You and Metzia both accept the jurisdiction of those courts.

You and Metzia each bring a claim only as an individual. Neither side brings a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, collective, or representative action.

You and Metzia each waive the right to a trial by jury.

This section does not stop either side from asking a court for an injunction.

The service as is, and the limit of liability

Metzia provides the service as is.

Metzia provides the service as available. Metzia gives no warranty, express or implied. This includes a warranty of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, and of non-infringement.

Metzia does not warrant that a catalog fact is correct. Metzia does not warrant that a seller performs, ships, supports, or refunds.

Metzia does not warrant that the service is uninterrupted or free of an error.

Metzia is not liable to you for an indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage. Metzia is not liable for a loss of profit, data, or goodwill. This applies even when Metzia knew that the loss was possible.

The service is free to you. The total liability of Metzia to you, for every claim together, is one hundred United States dollars.

Metzia excludes no liability that the law does not allow Metzia to exclude. A state law that gives you a right these terms cannot remove still gives you that right.

General

These terms, with the policies they link, are the whole agreement between you and Metzia about the service.

When a court holds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of these terms stays in force.

Metzia may assign these terms. You may not assign these terms.

These sections survive the end of your account: your contract is with the seller, governing law, disputes, the service as is and the limit of liability, and this section.
